Shia LaBeouf's mystery gal pal has been identified.

According toUsMagazine.com,Karolyn Phois the brunette who has been spotted with the actor since December.

The two didn't bother hiding their relationship from paparazzi cameras on Saturday as they walked hand in hand inLos Angeles.

Pho, 22, is a stylist, the gossip site's source said.

LaBeouf, 24, had a high-profile relationship with his"Wall Street: Money Never Sleeps"co-starCarey Mulligan. The stars, who began dating in August 2009, split last fall.
