A source tells us the actress placed a worried phone call fromHawaiito her husband inL.A.on Friday after he was injured in a car accident inBeverly Hills. According to Arquette'sTwitter, he was en route to LAX to fly toLas Vegasfor the grand opening of Sugar Factory American Brasserie when the accident took place. Though he was taken to the hospital, his rep says he's"fine."

CATHERINE DENEUVEis a Frenchwoman of few words: she's decided to promote her new film by not talking about it. TheFilm Society of Lincoln Centeropened the 16th annual"Rendez Vous with French Cinema"with a screening of Deneuve's new movie,"Potiche"(at the Paris Theatre, bien sur).Director Francois Ozonexplained that in French,"Potiche"means either an ornamental bowl or a trophy wife - and that Deneuve was"not a potiche at all."In a black fur coat and leopard-print heels, the screen icon looked regal on the red carpet as she dodged most press, with her publicist telling reporters that the after party would be a better time to talk. Lindsay Lohan won't take plea deal that would send her to jail for alleged stolen necklace: report

Hell no, LiLo won't go.

Oft-rehabbed starletLindsay Lohanwon't take any plea deal that includes a jail term for her alleged theft of a $2,500 necklace from aVenice, Calif., jewelry store,TMZ.comreported Saturday.

Sources close to the"Mean Girls"actress say Lohan believes security cameras from the store will clear her of felony grand theft charges.

Lohan's options at this point are simple: Go to trial, or take a deal that lands her behind bars. Sources told the Daily News last month that prosecutors offered a plea bargain with a six-month jail term.

The 24-year-old Lohan intends to clear her name rather than cop a plea and spend any time in jail, according to the TMZ report. Lohan insists the necklace was loaned to her by the store.

If convicted at trial,Los Angeles Superior CourtJudge Keith Schwartz has already warned Lohan that he will sentence her to jail. She faces up to three years if convicted.

It's the latest legal woe for Lohan, whose face has recently appeared in more mug shots - five in four years - than movies.

Ex-girlfriend leaks naked photo of singer Chris Brown, Perez Hilton reports

There's something to be said for naked ambition.

According toPerezHilton.com, one ofChris Brown's exes leaked a naked photo of the singer.

In the photo, a man appearing to be Brown is photographing himself naked in a full-length mirror. The man in the shot sports tattoos and blonde hair similar to the singer, age 21.

On the crooner’s officialFacebookpage, fans have already commented about the image, some vehemently defending him, saying it must bePhotoshopjob, and others upset about the nude picture.

The timing of the leak is something of a coincidence. Brown's newest CD,"F.A.M.E.", is slated to be released March 22, followed by a world tour, starting inAustralia, in April.

Brown continues to struggle to rebuild his image in the wake of an infamous February 2009 domestic violence incident. He pleaded guilty to attacking then-girlfriendRihannaafter theGrammy Awardsceremony. As part of a felony plea deal Brown was sentenced to community labor and five years' probation. In July of 2009 Brown formally apologized onYouTubeto Rihanna and fans for the violence.

Mike Huckabee slams pregnant Natalie Portman as bad role model for having a baby'out of wedlock'

The Academy may likeNatalie Portman, butMike Huckabeeis not a fan.

The FormerArkansasgovernor slammed theOscar-winningstar this week,telling radio host Michael Medvedhe thinks the actress is glamorizing"the idea of children out of wedlock."

Portman, who won the Best Actress award for her performance in "Black Swan,"announced in December that she was engaged to choreographerBenjamin Millipiedand pregnant with her first child.

But planning to get married is a far cry from being married, as far as Huckabee andMedvedare concerned.

Huckabee, who is rumored to be considering a presidential campaign in 2012, appeared on the conservative radio show on Monday, where he got into a conversation about the Oscars and Portman's win.

"It's a problem because she's about seven months pregnant, it's her first pregnancy, and she and the baby's father aren't married,"Medved said."And before two billion people, Natalie Portman says 'Oh I want to thank my love and he's given me the most wonderful gift.' He didn't give her the most wonderful gift, which could be a wedding ring!"

"It's unfortunate that we glorify and glamorize the idea of children out of wedlock,"Huckabee responded.

TheFox Newscontributor and onetime Republican presidential candidate said he believes Portman's privileged status makes her a misleading role model for single mothers.

"People see a Natalie Portman or some other Hollywood starlet who boasts of, 'Hey look, you know, we're having children, we're not married, but we're having these children, and they're doing just fine,'"he said."But there aren't really a lot of single moms out there who are making millions of dollars every year for being in a movie,"he said.

Brooke Mueller files restraining order against estranged husband Charlie Sheen, Twitter fiend

The latest updates inCharlie Sheen's life?

ATwitteraccount and a restraining order, all in one day.

Sheen took to the social networking site to tweet aphotoof himself holding a plaque with"Oscars2011"written across the bottom in gold and a statuette with what looked like his likeness on top.

"Winner...! 2012..."he captioned.

The rambling former TV star took to Twitter for his latest quip against the media.

"Just got invited to do theNancy Graceshow...I'd rather go on a long road trip withChuck Lorrein a '75 Pacer,"hetweeted.

Sheen had more than 150,000 followers Tuesday, though he was only following ten - includingPiers Morganand actressAlyssa Milano.

But at home, though his two live-in goddesses just can't get enough of him, the other woman in his life wants nothing to do with him.

Sheen's estranged wifeBrooke Muellerfiled for a restraining order Tuesday after she said the troubled actor threatened her repeatedly,TMZ.comfirst reported.

Mueller's lawyer submitted paperwork detailing very"specific, descriptive threats"as evidence of the"Two and a Half Men"star's harrassment, and aLos Angeles Superior Courtjudge agreed to the temporary restraining order.

Sheen, according to the order, cannot come within 100 yards Mueller, which might be a problem if the pair intend to follow through on their initial living arrangement.

Less than a week ago, Mueller reportedly had plans to move back in with Sheen temporarily before moving into a new house close to the actor.

"Brooke took Charlie's offer on moving closer because it is easier for him to see the kids,"Mueller's mom toldPeople."Brooke and Charlie are friends and there is no romantic interest on Brooke's part."

Exes Jake Gyllenhaal, Taylor Swift have run-in at Vanity Fair Oscars afterparty, have'serious'chat

So why don't you sing a song about it? Former flamesJake GyllenhaalandTaylor Swiftran into each other at aVanity FairOscarsafterparty Sunday, and according to onlookers, the pair got right down to business with a"serious"talk.

"They were outside near the restroom having a discussion,"a guest at the party toldPeople."It seemed a bit more serious - it certainly wasn't a 'Hi, how are you?' talk."

Gyllenhaal, 30, who brought an unidentified young, curly-haired brunette as hisdatefor the awards night, and Swift, 21, didn't seem to be particularly affectionate, according to onlookers. 

Instead, the duo huddled close together in what appeared to be a friendly chat.

"It seemed like they were catching up,"a source said,"sorting something out."

The actor and songstress were originally linked last fall after several highly publicized coffee dates, with the actor surprising his then-beau with an$11,000 guitarfor her 21st birthday.

Things went downhill in December, however, with Gyllenhaal pulling the plug on theromance.

"Jake told her it wasn't working out,"a source toldUs Weeklyat the time."Taylor is really upset and hurt. She doesn't know what she did for him to put a stop to it. She feels really burned by him."

Fellow sweetheart - and serial dater -Jennifer Anistoneven offered a heartbroken Swiftadviceat thePeople's Choice Awards, telling her to"hang in there."

At the Vanity Fair party on Sunday, however, the pair seemed amicable, with Gyllenhaal heading out shortly after their chat and Swift partying with two girlfriends for the rest of the evening.
