It looks likeBilly Ray Cyrushas finally fixed his achy, breaky heart.
"I've dropped the divorce,"the singer and father of teen superstar Mileyrevealed on ABC's"The View"set to air Friday."I want to put my family back together."
Cyrusand his wife Tish, who have five children together, announced their decision to separate last fall after 17 years of marriage."We are trying to work through some personal matters,"they said in a statement."We appreciate your thoughts and prayers."
When Miley was caught on tape smoking salvia shortly after the split, her dad opened up toGQin an emotional interview in which he slammed the vehicle that made his daughter famous.
"The damn show destroyed my family,"he said of theDisney Channelhit"Hannah Montana."
He later tried to distance himself from his comments, tellingPeople magazine,"It is very important to me to work on mending my family right now."
And mend it he did -these days, Cyrus says, his relationship with his family is better than ever.
"Communication, I think, is one of the biggest problems that we as human beings have in this whole world, and I think for the first time me and my entire family are finally communicating with each other in a way that, it's been quite some time,"he said on the show."Things are really the best they've ever been."

He's also managed to restore his relationship with his daughter.
"I feel like I got my Miley back in a way,"he said."I feel like we are the daddy and daughter that we were before Hannah Montana happened."
After opening up about his family, Cyrus took time on the show to promote his new album, due in stores June 28.
He also tried to mend some business fences with an apologetic shout-out toDisney.
"I love Hannah Montana. I love Disney. That didn't tear my family apart,"he said."Now fame, fame is a different animal, you've got to be careful with that thing because it can...all things considered, hey, it's all good."
