Liv Tyler dating photographer Theo Wenner, the 24-year-old son of Rolling Stone founder Jann Wenner

WithSteven Tyleras her dad, somehow it seems fitting thatLiv Tyler's new beau is the son ofRolling StonefounderJann Wenner.

Liv, 33, is seeing 24-year-oldTheo Wenner, Life& Style reported.

"He's really young, but they've been dating for awhile now,"a source told the magazine.

Though it's unclear when or how the two met, Theo, a photographer, shot Liv for the Spring-Summer 2011 issue ofPurple Fashion, a French magazine.

The pair were photographed together last month atParis Fashion Weekevents and as recently as this week, outside Morandi restaurant inNew York.

Their friend, famed celebrity photographerTyler Shields, has shared someaffectionatephotosof the couple on his blog.

Liv, who appears on the cover of Bust magazine's April/May issue,admittedshe's had"a rough couple of years."

The actress and her husband, musicianRoyston Langdon, with whom she had 6-year-old son Milo, split in 2008.
